This public offer (hereinafter — the Agreement) defines the terms and conditions for purchasing goods through the online store haydamaka.com (hereinafter — the Site). Placing an order on the Site constitutes full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

The Seller undertakes to deliver goods (paintings, original art products) to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this Agreement. The assortment and prices are indicated on the respective pages of the Site.

Orders are placed through the Site by adding items to the cart and filling in contact information. After placing an order, the Seller will contact the Buyer to confirm order details.

Product prices are listed in Ukrainian hryvnias (₴) and include the cost of the product without delivery. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices before an order is placed.

Delivery is carried out by the methods listed on the "Delivery & Payment" page. The risk of accidental loss or damage to goods passes to the Buyer upon transfer to the carrier.

Terms for returns and exchanges are defined on the "Returns" page. The Seller guarantees the quality of goods and their compliance with the description on the Site.

The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of the terms of this Agreement in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

This Agreement takes effect from the moment an order is placed and remains valid until all obligations are fulfilled. All disputes are resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached — in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
