Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Funds are returned using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately and send photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including delivery costs. Please inspect the packaging integrity when receiving items from the carrier.
