In accordance with Ukrainian consumer protection law, you have the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt. The item must retain its original appearance and show no signs of use.

To return an item:

• Contact me within 14 days of receipt
• The item must be in its original condition without damage
• Retain the original packaging

Custom-made products are not eligible for return.

After receiving and inspecting the item, I will process the refund.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Funds are returned using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

I carefully pack every order so it reaches you safely. Please inspect your parcel on receipt — at the carrier's branch or with the courier.

If you find any damage:

• record it together with the carrier's representative (file an act or equivalent document)
• submit a claim to the delivery service
• let me know and send photos

For my part, I will do everything I can to help resolve the situation.

Please note: damage that is not recorded at the time of receipt may not be eligible for compensation from the carrier.
