I ship orders throughout Ukraine and internationally. You can choose one of the following:

• Nova Poshta (within Ukraine) — to a branch, to a parcel locker, or courier delivery to your address
• Ukrposhta — within Ukraine and abroad, for small parcels or international shipments
• Self-pickup in Kyiv — let's arrange in advance, and we'll agree on a convenient time and place

• Nova Poshta: at the carrier's rates, paid by the recipient on collection
• Ukrposhta: at the carrier's rates, paid by the recipient on collection
• Self-pickup: free

For international orders, Ukrposhta cost is calculated individually — drop me a note and I'll work it out for you in advance.

By card online — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Payment is processed via the secure monobank acquiring service; card data is never stored on my site. Available from any country.

By bank transfer (ФОП account) — to my individual entrepreneur account. After placing your order I'll email you the payment details. Works only from Ukrainian banks — for international payments, please choose card payment.

Every product is carefully packaged for safe transport:

• Protective material to preserve the surface
• Sturdy cardboard boxes sized to fit the order

I do everything I can to make sure your parcel arrives intact. If something does get damaged in transit, please get in touch — we'll figure it out together.

I carefully pack every order so it reaches you safely. Please inspect your parcel on receipt — at the carrier's branch or with the courier.

If you find any damage:

• record it together with the carrier's representative (file an act or equivalent document)
• submit a claim to the delivery service
• let me know and send photos

For my part, I will do everything I can to help resolve the situation.

Please note: damage that is not recorded at the time of receipt may not be eligible for compensation from the carrier.
