How did it all begin?

The main direction of my art took shape at the beginning of 2015. In mid-January I finished a painting called "The Spinner". It began the series "Soul of Ukraine". I combined my love of Ukrainian dress and traditions with a play of volumes, and at last I achieved what I had long wanted to see on my canvases.
