International Orders

Last updated: August 7, 2026

I'm an artist based in Kyiv, Ukraine, and I'm always happy to send my original products to collectors around the world. Over the past years, my work has travelled to homes across Europe, the United States, and beyond.

A few honest notes about ordering from outside Ukraine — please read these before placing an order, so we both know what to expect.

1. Where I ship

I regularly send orders to Europe, the United States, and most other countries. If you're unsure whether shipping is possible to your location, just write to me at [email protected] and I'll check before you place an order.

2. How shipping works

For international orders, I use Ukrposhta (Ukrainian postal service) with international tracking. Delivery typically takes:

  • Europe: 2 to 4 weeks
  • United States: 3 to 5 weeks
  • Other regions: 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the country

These are typical timeframes — actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on customs processing in your country. Under the new EU customs rules (in force since 1 July 2026), clearance in EU countries may take a few days longer. I'll send you the tracking number as soon as the parcel is on its way.

3. Customs and import duties

Since 1 July 2026, new customs rules apply in the European Union (EU Regulation 2026/382): the €150 duty-free threshold is gone, and every commercial parcel is charged import VAT, a €3 duty per goods line in the declaration, and a processing fee.

For Germany, Denmark, Malta and Spain I prepay all of these charges through Ukrposhta (the PDDP service) — they are already included in the prices you see at checkout, and there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

For the rest of the EU, prepayment isn't technically available yet: your local post will collect your country's import VAT, a €3 duty per goods line, and a small service fee (roughly €1–15 depending on the country) before handing over the parcel. Orders above €150 follow the standard EU customs procedure instead.

For the United States, orders up to $2,500 have the import duty paid by me before hand-off — it is already included in the prices you see at checkout. Above $2,500 the parcel is cleared on your side instead: US customs assesses the duty on arrival and collects it from you on delivery, so it is not included in the price. Since 24 July 2026 the rate depends on the commodity code of what's inside, which I declare on the customs form.

For other destinations (the UK, Japan and beyond), any import duties or VAT, if they apply at all, are assessed by your local customs or post on arrival. This is determined by your country's rules, not by me; I always declare the actual value honestly on the customs form.

If you have questions about your country's rules, please email me at [email protected] before placing the order and I'll check.

4. Payment

The standard way to pay for an international order is by card through monobank acquiring (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) right at checkout. By arrangement I can also accept an international bank transfer (SWIFT) — write to me before ordering and I'll send you the details personally. All prices on the site are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH, ₴) — your card will charge the equivalent in your currency at the bank's exchange rate.

5. Legal notes

A few things to keep in mind for international orders:

Governing law. All sales are processed under Ukrainian law. The detailed terms are described in the Public Offer, available in Ukrainian. The English translation is provided for convenience — in case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

Returns. If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos — I'll work with you to find a fair solution.

Consumer rights in your country. Depending on where you live, your local consumer protection laws may give you additional rights. I respect these and will work in good faith to resolve any issue you encounter.

6. Before you order — let's talk

For international orders, I'm always happy to chat before you place the order. This way I can:

  • Confirm shipping is available to your country
  • Give you a precise estimate of total cost (item + shipping + any expected fees)
  • Answer any questions about the product itself

Just write to [email protected]. I usually reply within a day.

Looking forward to your message. — Olya.
